All Clubs entering WGA competitions, MUST physically have entries and money to the competition secretary by the closing date. (Both email and hard copy and cheque)

Club entries received after the closing date will be sent an invoice for the required amount and request immediate payment

	If entries are received up to two weeks after closing date an extra $20 charge is added per gymnast
	No entries will be accepted 2 weeks after the closing date

All Competitive entry fees have been increased this year to cover the cost of awarding more certificates and medals to participants.

General Gym festival fees are under review and may change.

W.G.A. Duty Roster 2007

(Non performance of duties will be charged at $20.00 per person per hour)

Duty Rosters

Are currently under review and will be mailed out at a later date.

Traditionally duties have been based on total club numbers, the proposal for this year is to do two separate rosters, this may mean that a club that participates in both may find they have duties in both areas
